Features of RIV 2030 Red insulating varnish
RIV 2030 It is a highly insulating varnish in convenient aerosol form It is a high gloss red color high temperature flexible chemical resistance coating to Class F winding or electrical apparatus It is specially designed for protection and sealing of insulated surface against deterioration, exposure to oil, moisture, acid and alkaline fumes.

Application of RIV 2030 Red insulating varnish
It can be used for protection of Small field and magnet coils, motor windings, field coils, transformers, armatures, commutator ends, stator windings, ring and frames, bus bars, sealing electrical, switchboard parts and electronic components. motor case interiors, collector rings and shells, field winding of motor starters and generators etc.
Direction of RIV 2030 Red insulating varnish
- Shake well before use until the sound of the ball is audible. clean & degrease surface
- Hold the can at least 10 to 12 cm from the surface you are spraying and keep the can upright during use.Protect & Mask areas not Coated. Two light coats is best results better than one heavy coat.Coating becomes dry in 20 minutes. make sure the surface is completely dry before using.completed cure takes place in about 24 hours depends upon the humidity. & maintain full pressure on valve while spraying.
- Repeat spraying whenever necessary. When finished spraying, clean the aerosol valve by turning the can upside down and pressing the button until only propellant escapes.

- Prevention : Wear eye or face protection. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Pressurized container: Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Avoid breathing vapor. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Causes serious eye irritation.
May cause drowsiness and dizziness
- Response : IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER or physician if you feel unwell. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention.

governmental regulations.
Storage of RIV 2030 Red insulating varnish
- Store locked up. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122 °F. Store in a well-ventilated place.keep container tightly closed.
